What is Pole Dancing
Pole Dance is the art of using a Polished Steel or Brass Pole as a tool and prop in artistic/creative dance routines and freeform movements.
So you will learn how to work with a pole as your main prop and perform moves and routines to music.
The pole and transitional moves combine many different forms of dance, from ballet through to hip-hop to salsa and jazz. It also uses a lot of movements taken from gymnastics, mixed in with freestyle movements from your own imagination! There are no limits with Pole Fitness!
Our curriculum incorporates Pole Dancing, Chair Dancing, Freestyling and can include Lap Dancing on request.
