What do the Private and Group Lessons include?
Private Lessons are designed for the individual that wishes to learn the art of pole and lap dancing quickly and consists of one hour intensive training between the instructor and student.
This session is highly recommendable as the instructor has more time to concentrate on the individual needs of each student.
Group Lessons are a great way to get fit, gain muscle tone and learn to express another side of your personality while meeting new people and getting out of your ruts.
Instructors will go round the classes working on specific needs of students and teaching new skills at each class.
Each session will start with a warm up and end with a warm down.
Where does the Wellington Pole Fitness class take place?
On the corner of Vivian and Cuba Street's in Wellington City, above the Blue Note Bar, in our dedicated Studio.
How long should I allow for a class?
You should allow 1 hour for each class.
What should I wear?
We recommend that you wear something that you can move and feel comfortable in.
Shorts and a vest top are usually good as it's important to have bare arms and legs in order to get a good grip of the pole (if you are daring you can even bring along a sexy dress).
If you have kneepads, they would be useful for the floor-work.
Remember to bring your high-heeled shoes or boots to get a real feel of the day and trainers for the warm up.
When do the classes take place?
