New Zealand's First Professional Pole Fitness Academy

Lesson Formats

Private or group lessons are available in the following format;

  • Casual Classes (1 Hour)
  • Training Session (1 hour)
  • Drop In Sessions
  • Pole Fitness Accreditation Programme (which has no time constraints)

For both private and group lessons:
All classes last for one hour.
Our courses were designed by the best Pole Fitness Instructor in the world and have no time constraints, so you dont have to do a set 6 week course and learn everything in that time as other places do.

We allow you to tell us when you are ready to move on and you can do so at your own pace. We will be there to teach and encourage you at every step and we will help wherever we can to ensure you can Achieve and progress at a reasonable pace.

This means fast learners can progress to the Exams without being held back and slower learners dont ever get made to feel like they are holding other students back.

Alternatively you can attend as long as you like as an ongoing student.

We teach Pole Fitness in two ways.....
Casual Sessions = Where we teach combinations of moves to students who just come along for fun and we keep it funky and interesting.
or
The Accreditation Programme = Where students enrol and are taught more specificly and we ensure that all students learn ALL of the moves required to complete the Programme.

Her unique programme is the best on the market, and we have done a lot of research into what people overseas are teaching with our girls visiting facilities all over the world to see what other people are doing.
