When you come to a class at The Studio be prepared for one thing.....

We teach;
- The 4 Hand Grip Positions for pole work
- Posture, Poses, Stances and Movements for pole work
- Pole Moves
- Floor Moves
- Transitions
- Sensual body movements and releasing your inner Goddess
- Linking Pole Moves, Floor Moves and Poses
- Choreographed Routines
- How to create your own routines
We prepare you before class with a stretching routine you can do before, after and in between classes to ensure that your muscles stay in the best condition they can and to help you increase your flexibility.
Coming to our classes will help you tone and sculpt your body, burn fat, get fit and more flexible.
From an Intermediate Level onwards, you will be completing Freestyling Sets which start at approx 3 1/2 to 4 minutes (one song) and build up to 12-16 minute Freestyling Sets (four songs).
Students can choose their own songs from our collection, bring their own CD's/Mini Discs or let the Randomizer choose for them.
Our Freestyling Sessions will burn as many calories as if you had done a Spin Class!!!!!
